Staff Coordinators

Are individuals that help maintain the flow dynamics of the group. They facilitate other forum and coordinate at least 2 Major Events a year.

Jr. Coordinators

Responsible for coordinating one event or gathering a year. (Ex Comedy Nite, Family Bike Ride, Toy Drive, etc)

Suggestions welcomed.

Assistant Coordinators

Responsible for assisting a Staff Coordinator in preparing a major event (ex bus trips, ski trip, bowlerama, campout). Currently we are looking for individuals who can serve in this capacity.

FORUMS

Membership

The membership forum is solely responsible for tracking and updating all current and new member contact information. They provide all coordinators with the proper materials (ie. Welcoming brochure) for each event pertaining to membership. If you would like to join this forum contact Monica.

Research

The research forum is responsible for searching the internet to acquire information for a coordinator or the group pertaining to a specific event. Requests will be made by coordinators prior to planning any event. Anyone with a computer, access to the internet and time can join this forum. Contact Brenda.

Web Design

This forum is responsible for maintaining and updating our current web site and group page on AOL. If you have a computer and some creative skills Contact Frankie.

Chat Hosts

This forum is responsible for facilitating the chat nites and workshops on our private AOL Groups Page chat room. Scheduling informal chat nites to provide a location whereby our members can get to know each other. Setting up workshops with a chat host whereby members can come ask questions relating to computers, home improvement, car mechanics, or even talk about an upcoming sporting event. etc.... We are currently looking for individuals to manage this forum. If interested contact Frankie, Michelle or Nicole. (You must have a computer and internet access)

Shoppers

The shoppers forum is responsible for purchasing any supplies needed for a particular event. (ie food, art & crafts, etc) They will be called upon at least once a month or when the time arises.

Food Preps

This forum is still in the planning stages, but will be responsible for preparing food (ie sandwiches, snacks) for future events.
